We offer a range of programmes for young people (16-24) who are NEET ( not in employment, education or training) or at risk of becoming NEET. Our programmes use ex-athletes to help mentor and motivate young people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing, build their skills, and support them with employability, training or staying in education, depending on each person’s aspirations.
