We’re excited to be making some changes to our services providing mental health and wellbeing support for people in Kent & Medway.
From 1 April, the new Live Well Kent & Medway service will bring together a range of local charities, the NHS and public health teams to build on vital support and care for people in our local communities.
If you’re already being supported by us, you might see some changes in the short term as we bring different services in. But don’t worry, we’ll be in regular contact and there will always be someone to talk to.
