This service is aimed at people from ethnic minority communities. It can help you manage your mental health, feel like part of the local community, improve your confidence and become more independent. This is a service that has lots of experience of working with sensitive cultural topics and understands cultural values.

One-to-one support if you’re struggling emotionally

Get support if you’re going through a difficult time or struggling emotionally. This includes help to develop mental health coping strategies, feel more confident, achieve your goals and connect with other people. Support can happen at evenings or weekends.
